After brunch, we headed to the nearby mall, Broadway Shopping Centre, just to look see look see and visited Target!! Didn’t know there’s Target in Australia, and pretty popular as well. We went back to the apartment around 4pm, so that we could get some rest, and get ready for our 7pm fine dining at est.

We made reservation at est. before we left for Australia. Wanted to bring family to fine dining, and experience high-so living. It didn’t disappoint.

We were greeted well, and served well. We had the tasting menu course, which was very well executed. They even allowed us to swap the dessert in the menu with their famous soufflé!!

The bread selection was so good, that we had multiple servings, with salted butter. Yummy!

The steamed cod was something worth mentioning. The consommé tastes exactly like how Chinese would steam their fish - gingerly, with hint of spring onion and soy sauce. Excellent!
